Eligibility Criteria
Return requests are considered when submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase and before substantial product access has been consumed. Requests must include purchase identification details and the reason for return review.
Products with fully delivered custom onboarding or consumed digital access periods may be excluded from full refund eligibility.
Request Process
To request a return decision, contact The Tally Club support with your full name, purchase date, selected pass, and preferred contact channel. Our team reviews each request individually and responds with next steps.
Approved requests are processed to the original payment method where technically feasible.
Refund Timelines
When approved, refunds are initiated within 7 business days. Financial institution posting times may vary depending on bank and payment instrument procedures.
If partial product value has been delivered, a prorated refund may apply based on documented access and service completion.
Non Returnable Cases
Fraudulent purchases, policy abuse patterns, and requests submitted outside the stated period may be declined. Team licenses already distributed to all assigned seats may also be ineligible for reversal.
Disputes can be reviewed through support with additional evidence for reconsideration.
